Mt. Shasta Spiritual Retreats
Spend 4 days and 3 nights in mystical Mt. Shasta. We'll talk to plants, make flower essences, play with the angels, meditate, visit sacred sites, eat great food and have an amazing experience! 2009 and 2010 dates coming soon.

People from all over the world travel to Mt. Shasta each year for the purpose of transformation and illumination. The energy vortexes that surround mystical Mt. Shasta are immense energy centers for spiritual expansion.

Panther Meadows, which we'll explore on Friday and Saturday, is a sub-alpine meadow of extraordinary beauty on the southern slopes of Mt. Shasta. It is a revered and old destination point for spiritual seekers. At an elevation of 7,600 feet, it has pure and clean air, serene quietness and wonderful view of Mt. Shasta's summit. The springs that run throughout both upper and lower Panther Meadows are considered sacred. Ascended Masters, including St. Germain, and Angelic beings have been seen here. Many have also experienced the elemental energies of the elves, fairies and gnomes, as well as seeing Pan, the elemental being who rules the nature kingdom. The springs headwaters originate in Upper Panther Meadows and are called by some, "the mouth of God." These springs are the beginning of the McCloud River. Panther Meadows is a special vortex within the larger vortex of Mt. Shasta itself. This is an especially good place for quiet reflection, vision questing & meditation. It is a powerful doorway between dimensions.

General Itinerary:
We'll meet each morning at a central location for a meditation and intro to the day, then we'll head up the mountain to learn, explore and experience. We'll take a break for dinner, and re-group in the evenings for more spirit play. We'll close our gathering at 1:00 on Sunday. Private sessions with Julie or Karen will be offered on Sunday afternoon.

Though the retreat specifics are still being formulated, your experience will include a weaving of Angel Therapy, Mediumship, Mindfulness, Dolphin energy healing and living skills, plant spirit medicine and instruction on making your own powerful vibrational remedies. You'll work with crystal energy, plant spirits, elementals, angels and ascended masters to bring enhanced clarity and healing to all aspects of your life.

Accommodations in Mt. Shasta are varied and plentiful - camping, hotels, B & Bs, and rental cottages can all be found through a Google search of Mt. Shasta lodging.
